Some deep psychological stuff into the human condition, the digital citizen, immersive VR, as well as easy and practical demonstrations and solutions. It was good to see brand, differentiation and experience featuring high on the list of improvements for digital competitiveness, moving away from pure technology is the solution. Google, in particular, recognised and championed this as the online digital space gets more and more saturated.
