Excel was one of a few manufacturers to increase its market share, from 15% to 17% at the same time moving from 3rd to 2nd position in the rankings.

8th April 2013, Excel Networking Solutions, the copper and optical cabling infrastructure provider is now the second largest supplier of copper cabling systems according to the BSRIA 2013 Structured Cabling Report for the UK.

Market Share and Growth. Excel was also reported as the number one supplier of copper cable for a second year running with a total market share of 24% again rising by 2% on the previous year.

Excel has also increased its market share by 1% for the supply of multimode fibre and is within the top four manufacturers of fibre cable in the UK.
